Apps and Telegram bots for your business

Money, stock and reports — on the phones of management and staff. We’ll check at the brief whether they can be linked to your accounting system and CRM.

  • Android apps; iOS on request
  • Telegram bots: reports, reminders, requests
  • Executive dashboard: money, debts and stock on one screen

How it works

One working day — on one phone

Using Namuna Savdo as an example: from the morning report to the evening dashboard. The figures are a sample.

  1. 09:00Telegram bot

The morning report arrives on its own

Every morning the bot sends yesterday’s sales, cash and debts. No need to open an app — everything is in Telegram.

  2. 13:00Mobile app

    An expense in two taps

An employee enters the amount and photographs the receipt. Management sees the expense right away; no paper report needed.

  3. 16:00Warehouse

Products running low are visible in advance

When stock runs low, the app sends a warning. You can find a product by its barcode using the phone camera.

  4. 19:00Executive dashboard

In the evening — the day’s results on one screen

Sales, money, debts and orders on one dashboard. If the data comes from the accounting system, nothing has to be entered by hand.

We’ll choose together which screens you need — this is just an example.

What we do

App, bot, integration and dashboard

One task often needs two or three parts: for example, a bot sends the report and a dashboard shows the details.

Android · iOS on request

Mobile apps

For staff and customers: orders, payments, stock, camera and barcodes, working even when the internet drops.

Telegram

Telegram bots

Nothing to install: reports, payment reminders, requests and simple forms right in Telegram.

Integration

Link to your accounting system and CRM

If your system has data export or an API, data will come into the app on its own. We’ll check how to connect at the brief.

Dashboard

Dashboards for management

Money, sales, debts and stock on one screen — on both phone and computer.

For example
  • Warehouse stock
  • Cash and bank
  • Customer debts
  • Payment reminders
  • Orders
  • Expense receipts

Work stages

From brief to support

Before any code is written, you see and approve every screen. We agree on timelines after the brief, depending on the task.

  1. 01

    Brief

We look into the task: who will use it and where the data is now.

  2. 02

    Screen albumyou approve

We draw every screen and show it to you for approval — before any code is written.

  3. 03

    Development

Following the approved album, we build the app, bot or dashboard and connect the data.

  4. 04

    Testing

We test on real data together with your staff and fix errors.

  5. 05

    Launch

We publish to Google Play or Telegram (App Store on request) and show your staff how it works.

  6. 06

    Support

Fixes, updates and new screens — on agreed terms.

Code and rights

Who owns the source code?

The source code is yours: we hand over the code and access to the repository, server and data.

Handed over to you
  1. Source code of the app or bot
  2. Access to the code repository
  3. Access to the server
  4. Access to the data

Price

on request

The price depends on the number of screens, platforms and integrations. After the brief and the screen album, we’ll send an exact proposal.

What to prepare for the brief

  • What the app or bot should do
  • Who will use it: staff, management or customers
  • Where the data is now: accounting system, CRM, Excel
  • Which phones: Android, iPhone or Telegram only

Questions

Questions about apps

A bot is often enough: reports, reminders and simple forms need nothing installed. If you need the camera, barcodes, offline work or complex screens, go with an app. We’ll choose together at the brief.

It depends on which phones your staff and customers use. The main platform is Android; iOS is on request.

If your system has data export or an API — yes, data will come in on its own. We check this at the brief against your system and make no promises in advance.

Price and timing depend on the number of screens, platforms and integrations. We’ll give an exact proposal after the brief and the screen album.

You do. We hand over the source code and access to the repository, server and data.

We provide support: we fix errors, release updates and add screens. The terms are set out in the contract.

Let’s start your app with a brief
